In conceptualizing and producing these watercolors, Leigh Bohne focused on the facinating subject of lighthouses and developed them into this series. The goal was to leave the viewer with a feeling that he has experienced the same emotional connection as the artist had. Though they exhibit a "time gone by" in most cases, yet a timeless example of life growing up on the shores of Lake Michigan.
The original watercolors below are located in the Wisconsin galleries, but can be shipped directly to you. Additionally, limited edition lithographic prints are available of this series and can be sold as a complete set or individually.
